This airy, upscale restaurant at the center of the Aparium Hotel Group’s luxurious Daxton features vegetable-forward seasonal cuisine and classic cocktails served under a sculpted geodesic dome. Our identity was informed by the kitchen’s deference to pure ingredients and its ethos of sustainability under executive chef Garrison Price. Handmade typography evokes artful drizzles and sets the stage for the unpretentious vibe, while rich materials elevate the fine-dining experience.
